In winter, our mandarin trees delight the eye with their rich green and bright orange - and the taste buds, as we absolutely love the sweet fruits and healthy juice.

 

You can use it for baking, refining and seasoning sauces and desserts. We gently dry the peel, which contains plenty of vitamin C, so that we always have a supply of natural vitamins for the summer months.

 

Finely ground, the peels are easier to dose precisely, which is why we offer the peels of our mandarins as fine granulate.

 

Just try it! For preparing a wonderfully refreshing cup of tea, we also offer dried tangerine peels, as the granulate is not suitable for this end - too many suspended particles would remain in the tea.

 

By the way: we do not use artificial fertilizers, pesticides, or insecticides on our land. The mandarins are washed with spring water before we process the peels – 100% natural and without any chemical additives.
