Our lemons ripen completely on the tree - thanks to different varieties, we have a rich supply of these healthy, extremely tasty fruits all year round. We only use our own lemons, which means you can be sure that they are absolutely free from chemicals. Neither our land nor our trees are sprayed and the quinta is far away from roads and factories in the middle of nature. Incidentally, the irrigation also comes from our own water mines - here we receive naturally filtered rainwater through slate to be poured.

 

To prepare our freshest mustard creation, of course, we do not use any flavors or zest - only the pure lemon juice.
