
Chen-Pi from dried Mandarin Peels

Our tangerine trees are a delight to behold in winter with their rich green and bright orange – as well as the taste buds, as we love the delicious fruits and their healthy juice. Plus: the peels can be used as well! They are aromatic and − when dried − are ideal for a refreshing tea: brew for 5 to 10 minutes, add a little sugar and / or cinnamon − enjoy!
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this remedy has been used for thousands of years against loss of appetite and flatulence. It also has an expectorant effect. Important: In contrast to many typical citrus plantations (monocultures), we do not use any artificial fertilizers, pesticides, or insecticides. Our tangerines are washed with spring water before we dry the peel - absolutely natural and without any chemical additives.
